(svn r11609) -Fix [FS#1524]: wrong error messages were shown when trying to build some industries in the scenario editor.

You require the data files of the original Transport Tycoon Deluxe
for Windows to play the game. You have to manually copy the following
files to %{_gamesdatadir}/openttd/data/

trgir.grf
trgtr.grf
