(svn r4768) - Newstations: Add newstation selector GUI. The additions are only active if a newstation set is loaded, otherwise it will look the same.

KNOWN BUGS / PROBLEMS:

Normal and elrail depots look the same. Use 'X' (transparent buildings)
   to distinguish between them
Missing curors / icons for construction (currently using the conventional ones)
